Is it AR Rahman or Thaman for Chiru’s Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy?

Chiranjeevi's magnum opus Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy has a huge star cast- Amitabh Bachchan, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Sudeep to name a few. And all these actors will be seen in important roles. We already know that the movie is based on the life of freedom fighter from Rayalaseema,Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy.

The film is all set to go on floors in the second week of December. AR Rahman was supposed to score the music for the film, but we hear he had stepped out of the movie.

Knowing the mega star's convincing power, we were not surprised to hear that Chiranjeevi requested AR Rahman to compose the music for his film as it was a huge film and that the makers were eyeing to break Baahuabli record.

The Mozart of Madras AR Rahman is believed to have eventually given his nod to the film. But the score for the teaser was done by SS Thaman which gave rise to the speculation if ARR was till part of the project. We will know the answers soon. Watch this space for updates.
