Jersey Review

So, how has the movie fared? Well, sorry to disappoint you but the first half narration is slow. Arjun (Nani) is struggling to settle down in life. He fails to get selected for the Indian cricket team. He loses interest thereafter and decides to take up a government job for the sake of his family as he gets married to Sarah which is a Love marriage. Unfortunately, things don’t turn out as expected. The humiliation from his wife together with an unforeseen incident at work renders him jobless again. What happens next? Does he pursue his passion for cricket again? What’s the role of his son in the movie? Watch the film to find out.

Analysis: Nani excels as a struggling cricketer and as a father. He stands out and pays justice to his role. The BGM is good. But there are no light moments so for those expecting to see some funny scenes like in other movies of Nani will be disappointed. Every actor has done justice to his character. Story is slow in parts but the story is gripping. It’s an emotional drama with some remarkable scenes which helps you identify with Nani. There are interesting scenes that will sure move your heart.

Verdict: A movie worth a watch
