Karthi Fires Sri Reddy For Dragging Kollywood Bigwigs  

It's a known fact that Sri Reddy who created a sensation after her semi-nude protest against casting couch in Tollywood turned her focus towards Kollywood. She recently dropped names of well known directors AR Murugadoss, Sundar C, Srikanth and Raghava Lawrence from the Tamil film industry.

The aspiring actress alleged that she had bitter experience with these popular filmmakers.

Sri Reddy's comments against Kollywood directors have not gone down well with celebrities in the Tamil film industry including actress Khushbu who is the wife of director Sundar C. Sri Reddy also claimed to have received death threats from hero Vishal to stop spreading such fake news against Kollywood. Apart from Khusbu and Vishal, another Kollywood actor Karthi has raised his voice against the allegations levelled by Sri Reddy.

Karthi who is the treasurer of Nadigar Sangam, an association of South Indian Artistes' said that they will soon release a note regarding the controversy adding that it is a baseless issue which cannot be corrobated with proofs.

Karthi also targetted the media to exercise caution while handling the issue. "If she had proof about her claims, the actress would have gone to police by now," the Khaki actor said.

Apart from her comments on the directors, Sri Reddy also asked actresses Nayanthara, Trisha, Kajal Aggarwal and Samantha to raise their voice against the casting couch in the film industry.
