Samantha Akkineni Quitting Movies To Go Start A Family?  

Looks like Akkineni Samantha is following the footprints of Mahesh Babu's wife Namrata Shirodkar who was former Miss India in the year 1993. It's wroth mentioning that Namrata was also an actress who has appeared in Telugu, Kannada and Hindi films.

Samantha got married to Akkineni Naga Chaitanya last year in Goa in the presence of family members as well as close friends from the Tollywood fraternity. The duo has delivered a slew of blockbuster hits at the box office like Ye Maya Chesave, Auto Nagar Surya, and Manam. They are considered as super Jodi of Tollywood.

This year has been a fruitful year for Samantha so far. The actress has scored a hattrick with back to back hits like Rangasthalam, Mahanati and Irumbhu Thirai. However, if a latest grapevine doing the rounds is any indication, Samantha is all set to bid adieu to movies by early next year (2019).

The actress a slew of projects lined up post marriage. And everyone thought she would be continuing her stint in movies. But rumors are flying thick and fast that after the completion of her commitments she will say goodbye to films.

Is Akkineni family asking her to put a full stop to her career? Or Are Samantha-Chaitanya planning for a family? We don't know the exact reasons. If Samantha does decide to quit movies, she will announce it herself so wait for it.

On the career front, Samantha has signed a project with her husband Naga Chaitanya which is yet to go on floors. The film will be directed by Shiva Nirvana and the principal shooting of the film will commence by end of this year.
