Chandrababu Worried About Lakshmi’s NTR Impact On His Political Career

Chandrababu Naidu, Lakshmi’ NTR Movie - Sakshi Post

Amaravati: Film director Ram Gopal Varma seems to have sent seismic shocks in TDP circles, creating a sensation with the release of the trailer of his forthcoming film, "Lakshmi's NTR". TDP President and Andhra Pradesh chief minister, Nara Chandrababu Naidu is said to have reacted sharply to RGV's film, appearing to be shaken by the impact it could have on the impending elections.

Oddly enough, the TDP supremo is said to have referred to the film, "Lakshmi's NTR" in his teleconference with party leaders on Thursday morning.

The Andhra Pradesh chief minister criticized the film strongly alleging that some people were conspiring to distort facts related to NTR's life. He urged TDP leaders to counter these attempts. The TDP chief lavished praise on actor Balakrishna's Kathanayakudu and Mahanayakudu, saying they were a source of inspiration for all. It appears that Chandrababu is worried about the negative impact on his image after RGV's film is released.

Interestingly, a poll conducted by RGV on the microblogging site Twitter on the element of truth in his film vs Balakrishna's sequel evoked massive response. Balayya's sequel of NTR's biopic is scheduled for release in the first week of March.
