TRS MP Kavitha Greets Telangana Women On Bathukamma Celebrations

Hyderabad: TRS MP from Nizamabad and founder, President of Telangana Jagruthi, Kalvakuntla Kavitha, extended her greetings to women of Telangana on the occasion of Bathukumma. In a tweet posted on Monday, Kavitha conveyed her greetings to the women of the state. Here's her tweet:

It may be recalled that Kavitha had on Friday clarified that the NGO, Telangana Jagruthi, had decided not to celebrate Bathukumma this year in view of the upcoming elections. She also said that she was upset about the repeated attacks on her with regard to Bathukamma celebrations by the NGO. Kavitha stated that the organization had not sought any government help in the past and would not do so in future.
