Owaisi Makes Fun Of Chandrababu’s Love For Democracy

AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi accused Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu of rank political opportunism. The Hyderabad MP remarked that as a political entity, Telugu Desam was born out of anti-Congressism.

Chandrababu Naidu suddenly made a U-turn to sail with the Congress going against the grain of the party ideology.

Owaisi was addressing an election meeting in Chandrayanagutta in support of his brother and former floor leader of AIMIM, Akbaruddin owaisi.

The MIM supreme reminded the massive gathering that Chandrababu had been an NDA ally in 2002 when the Gujarat riots took place. Where was his love for democracy then? Where was his humanity at that point? He observed that even in 2014, Chandrababu Naidu decided to align the TDP with the BJP. As a result, the saffron party was imposed upon the country. Now, Chandrababu Naidu claims that he is out to save the country and democracy. This is nothing but a fresh drama in his political career, Owaisi remarked.

He asserted that the TDP chief was equally responsible along with PM Modi, for the artrocities on the Muslim community across the country.
