TDP Leader Responsible For My Husband’s Death: Says Slain Man’s Wife

A youth, identified as Subrahmanyam, an accused in the murder of history-sheeter Shantan, was hacked to death in broad daylight in Vijayawada city on Wednesday. Assailants came in a group and attacked him with sickles and swords. Subrahmanyam died on the spot.

According to the police, Subrahmanyam was accused in the sensational murder of history sheeter Shantan. He was out of bail only a few days ago. Meanwhile, Subrahmanyam's wife accused TDP leader Katragadda of plotting her husband's death. According to DCP Bhoopal, the murder was due to the group rivalry in Vijayawada and said those involved in the murder would be brought to book.
