Warangal : Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit and the change of guard in the Telangana BJP leadership, chinks appear in the armour as some leaders belonging to the Warangal party unit attacked the party office in Narsampet on Thursday.

The leaders expressed their resentment by vandalising the office furniture. The party office was ransacked in the presence of former MP Jithender Reddy. The aggrieved leaders claimed that they were not getting proper recognition in the saffron party.

Notably, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone for several road and rail infrastructure development projects in Telangana on Friday. He is scheduled to reach Warangal at 10.45 am tomorrow. He will address a public programme and will lay the foundation stone of various projects worth around Rs 6,100 crores.
