November 2025 Bank Holidays in India: Complete List

On November 1 banks stay closed in Karnataka for Kannada Rajyotsava. In Uttarakhand banks close too for Igas-Bagwal which people also call Budhi Deepawali.

November 2 falls on a Sunday so it is the usual weekly holiday.

• November 5: Banks across most cities and towns will remain closed in observance of Guru Nanak Jayanti, Kartika Purnima, and Rahas Purnima.
• November 6: Banks in Shillong will be shut for the Nongkrem Dance festival.
• November 7: All banks in Shillong will remain closed for the Wangala Festival.
• November 8: Banks in Bengaluru will be closed for Kanakadasa Jayanthi and also observe the second Saturday holiday.
• November 9: Sunday, weekly holiday.
• November 16: Sunday, weekly holiday.
• November 22: Fourth Saturday holiday.
• November 23: Sunday, weekly holiday.
• November 30: Sunday, weekly holiday.
