I’m Not A Bank Defaulter, Says Nagarjuna

Actor-cum-businessman Nagarjuna Akkineni issued a clarification through Twitter after social media trolls tagged him as a bank defaulter. The trolling came after he congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi for demonetizing high denomination currency notes.
The actor had taken a bank loan for the development of Annapurna Studios, and he became a butt of a joke of after he was declared as a loan defaulter by Andhra Bank last year.
Responding to this, the actor gave a clarification on micro-blogging site stating that while it is true that loans were taken to develop Annapurna Studios, all loans were cleared this year.
