High Court dismisses Ravela Susheel’s case

High Court has dismissed the assault case against Andhra Pradesh Minister Ravela Kishore Babu's son Susheel due to lack of evidence on Monday. The woman, who was had initially filed a case saying she was assaulted, had submitted an affidavit stating that she doesn’t recognise Susheel.

It may be recalled that Susheel has been booked under Section 354 of the IPC and the Nirbhaya Act for harassing a private school teacher and for trying to drag her into his car. Both Susheel and his driver Ramesh are currently lodged in Chanchalguda jail.
