Chiranjeevi Dismissed Chitralahari As Routine Movie?  

Looks like Sai Dharam Tej is following the footprints of Ram Charan. Both the actors are from mega family but Ram Charan is regarded as an established actor in TFI. Over the past few years, Sai Dharam Tej has worked in several films which were received well by the audience. All his films- 'Winner', 'Intelligent' and 'Tej I love u' failed to rake in any moolah at the box office.

Now, Sai Dharam Tej is gearing up for his upcoming film 'Chitralahari' which is slated for release on April 12. The movie teaser, posters and songs have received a thumping response from one and all. According to reports, Chiranjeevi told Sai Dharam Tej that 'Chitralahari' was Kalyaan Dhev's 'Vijetha'. And we also hear that Chiru dismissed the film as a routine script. Mega actors are known to take his nod before going ahead with any film. But we hear that Sai Dharam Tej okayed the film without paying any heed to Chiranjeevi’s advice.

Sai Dharam Tej is confident about the output of 'Chitralahari'. It's a known fact that we have a bunch of actors from Mega family. A source in the unit reveals that every actor approaches Chiranjeevi with their script before taking final call. It's hard to go against Chiranjeevi’s wish but his son actor Charan broke the jinx. Ram Charan did 'Rangasthalam' and 'Dhruva' by believing his own gut without bothering about his father’s opinion, if the buzz is to be believed. Now, Sai Dharam too is doing the same thing with 'Chitralahari'. In this way, Sai Dharam is copying Charan style but it remains to be seen if the movie will pass with flying colours.

'Chitralahari' is directed by Kishore Tirumala and Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, stars Sai Dharam Tej, Sunil, Kalyani Priyadarshan and Nivetha Pethuraj in lead roles.
