Antariksham Closing Collections Worldwide  

Mega actor Varun Tej's Antariksham was released last year during Christmas to cash in the winter holidays. The film failed to gather love and attention from the audiences. Varun Tej's versatile performance was appreciated by his loyal fans and critics but the content of the movie didn't create magic at the box office. On the other hand, Antariksham faced stiff competition from the dubbed version of the kannada movie KGF chapter-1 at the box office.

Varun Tej tried his hands in a different genre to woo the audiences. Antariksham was a space thriller and a new storyline for the Telugu audiences but the movie couldn't appease the audiences. Antariksham was directed by Sankalp Reddy and the film did a pre-release business of Rs 21 Crores worldwide. However, it recovered only Rs 8.27 Cr after its full run. Lately, Antariksham has ended as the biggest disaster for Varun Tej. This is the third film of 2018 from the Mega clan which failed miserably after Pawan Kalyan's Agnyaathavaasi, Allu Arjun's Naa Peru Surya at the box office.
