Amazon Prime has become a hit with the movie buffs after several HD videos of the newly released movies are now available to watch.

Starting from Rangasthalam to Mahanati, the online streaming site Amazon prime has bought the rights of many hit movies released this year by shelling out hefty sum of money. Ram Charan's Rangasthalam which recently completed its 100 days of run joined the prime list after within few months of its release, which was followed by Mahesh's political drama Bharat Ane Nenu.

Bharat Ane Nenu is one of the highest grossers in Mahesh's career. The actor has nailed his chief minister look and perfectly portrayed the role. Director Koratala Siva who earlier worked with Mahesh in Srimanthudu gave the actor yet another hit. And the latest movie to join the bandwagon is Mahanati, a biopic of late actress Savitri. Despite raking in crores at the box office, the movie has also been watched by many people on the online streaming site.

It is also learnt that Nagarjuna's officer will soon be made available on Amazon prime.

There have also been movies which failed to raise Amazon's interest. Amazon prime doesn't seem to be interested in buying the rights of Varun Tej's Tholi Prema, Sai Dharam's Intelligent or Pawan Kalyan's Agnyaathavaasi.

To enjoy prime videos, Amazon offers subscription at Rs 999 a year.
