Engineering Students Held For Selling Drugs 

Hyderabad: Three engineering students were arrested on Thursday for selling the psychedelic drug Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD) and seized 32 blots of contraband from them.

Mubeenuddin purchase the blots in Goa at Rs 500 and later along with his friends sells it for Rs 1500-1700

The Commissioner’s Task Force (West Zone) Team arrested Syed Mohammed, Mohammed Mubeenuddin and Nikhil Roach from Bowenpally area. Their associate Prateem Bijjam is at large.

Police said that Mubeenuddin used to frequently visit Goa to procure LSD blots and in turn sold it for higher price in Hyderabad. Mubeenuddin took the help of his friends to communicate with the customers though social networking sites.

“Mubeenuddin purchase the blots in Goa at Rs 500 and later along with his friends sells it for Rs 1500-1700,” said a police officer.

Apart from blots police also seized Rs 11,000 cash and three cell phones from them.
