Hyderabad: The Tollywood is shaken to the core after top film personalities were served notices for their alleged links with drugs mafia. The film personalities whose names are doing rounds have responded to the reports. Here are their reactions:

I'm Being Wrongly Framed: Subbaraju

Subbaraju, who often donned villain's characters, confirmed receiving the notice and said that he has never touched drugs. The actor said he has wrongly been implicated and will cooperate with the officials during the probe. He said he was confident that he would be given a clean-chit.

Will cooperate with officials: Navadeep

Speaking with a choked voice, actor Navadeep said he did receive the notice and said he would fully cooperate with the officials during the inquiry. He however denied his role in the drugs scam. "My name is being linked with Kelvin, but I don't know who this Kelvin is. During adolescence things went wrong for me and since then I have become an easy target," the actor said. He asked the media to verify the facts before publishing.

Never touched drugs: Nandu

Actor Nandu quashed the rumours that he was involved in the drugs scam. He said he hasn’t been served notices by the SIT officials. The actor says that he is shocked to find his name doing rounds. I have never taken drugs in my life and my name is unnecessarily being dragged, he said. The actor asserted that he is ready to undergo any tests if required. He further requested the media to verify the facts before dragging his name.

Haven't got notices: Chinna

Art Director Chinna has also expressed shock on seeing his name being dragged into the scam. He too said that he hasn’t received any notice from the SIT and denied that he had any role in drugs scandal.
