Chandrababu Should Know Where He Stands Before Accusing Others 

New Delhi: BJP MP GVL Narasimha Rao lambasted Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu over the CM’s comments on the High Court bifurcation issue. Narasimha Rao said, “Chandrababu has gone mad with the fear that he is going to lose the general elections in AP.”

He added that Supreme Court has ordered bifurcation of the High Court as AP government had filed an affidavit stating the completion of the construction of High Court building by December 15, 2018. In tune with the affidavit, SC ordered for High Court bifurcation notification establishing a new Court by January 1, 2019.

Senior BJP leader added, “Chandrababu who claims he has built Hyderabad city could not construct a two-storied building.” Chandrababu wants to cover up his failure and is putting the blame on the Union government, he added.

The BJP MP said, if only AP government had informed the SC that the construction was going to take time, the Court would have altered its order as per the situation. But the TDP government has even misled the SC. “A contempt of Court case should be filed against ths TDP government in the High Court as the first case,” he said.

GVL said, “Chandrababu has insulted the judicial system by passing statements as AP High Court will function from his camp office.” Chandrababu owes an apology to the judges and lawyers for misleading the Court, for not finishing the building on time, and making them stand on the roads, he added.

GVL Narasimha Rao recalled that when the High Court notification was released, TDP MP Kanakamedala Ravindra Kumar boasted that it was possible because of the TDP government.

BJP leader questioned Chandrababu who is linking High Court bifurcation with the cases on Andhra Pradesh opposition leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, and said: “Why were there no cases against him not coming to the hearing.” He added, why is Chandrababu not being inquired in the vote for note case when he was caught red-handed. GVL Narasimha Rao warned Chandrababu that before accusing the others he should know where he stands.
