I Gave KCR Golden Goose Hyderabad: Chandrababu

K Chandrasekhar Rao and Chandrababu Naidu - Sakshi Post

Amaravati: The war of words continues with both Chief Ministers of the Telugu states as they trade caustic barbs during the election campaign in Telangana.

In a meeting sometime ago the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, said that he had given a golden goose in the form of Hyderabad, but the Telangana state government could do nothing to bring in a transformation as they lacked the acumen and administrative skills to further develop it.

“I don’t know why he is criticising me? I never asked him to give me Hyderabad. The city got recognition because of me. We built a great capital city and gave it to them. Whenever I speak about Hyderabad, I am criticised by him,” Mr Naidu said about Mr Rao.

“It was during my tenure that the international airport at Shamshabad, Outer Ring Road, Hitec City were conceived," he added further.

This comment was made in contest where Mr Naidu has been facing a lot of criticism and attack from both the Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and KT Rama Rao, while they were addressing campaigns. This criticism intensified after he forged the Mahakutami or Grand Alliance with the Congress, CPI and TJS.
