AP DGP RP Thakur Opens Up About Attack On YS Jagan

Vijayawada: AP DGP RP Thakur is now covering up his irrational behavior over the murderous attack on AP opposition leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at the Visakhapatnam airport. He spoke to the media here at Vijayawada after attending an event. He has answered questions shot at him by the journalists regarding YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s security and the attacker Srinivas Rao. He said that providing security to the opposition leader is my duty and we are going to increase his security in lieu of this attack.

Talking about the attacker, he said: “We have not received any notice from SC,ST commission regarding the attacker. The custody of the attacker ends today. If the investigation officer wants he can ask the court for extension." He also added “I am not going to take up this case, we have also tried to question YS Jagan a couple of times and are going to do it again."
