Hyderabad: Five Nigerians and an Indian woman were arrested on Monday for involving in drug peddling and human trafficking in the city.

The accused were identified as Palaparthi Sangeetha, John Okorie, Ojukwu Cosmas, Okereke Cyril Anezi, Joan Paul Oneybuchi and Ogunka Henry Okechukwu. Two of the Nigerians were students of Nizam College. The police recovered 20 grams of Cocaine, 12 grams of Brown Sugar, 39.8 grams of Amphetamine tablets and pieces, three Laptops, Rs2.04 lakh cash, 6 Pass ports and nine mobile phones from them.

The police also found 25 contacts of the drug peddlers in their mobile phones and bank statements.
