YSR is my mentor, says ex-minister Komatireddy

Former minister Komatireddy Venkata Reddy on Tuesday said development of Nalgonda was possible only with the good offices of late YS Rajasekhar Reddy and he is my 'Guruvu" (mentor).

Addressing the mandal Congress party workers at Kanagal in Nalgonda district, Komatireddy said he had been chosen as minister by YSR out of seven MLAs in the district. When he said that it was the endeavour to fulfill the YSR's dreams, the Congress workers raised slogans demanding him to contest from YSR Congress.

Replying to their shoutings, Komatireddy said If Sonia Gandhi failed to stand on her promise to give separate statehood for Telangana, he would announce his future course of action. The dais was shared by Nalgonda MP Gutta Sukhender Reddy and others.
