Woman Police Sexually Assaults Minor Girl Who Was Already Assaulted By Teacher

New Delhi: A case was filed on Monday against a woman police in New Delhi for sexually assaulting a minor girl who had earlier accused her teacher of molesting her.

The 13-year-old girl was under investigation after she was sexually harassed by a teacher in her school. She lodged a complaint against her in August 2016. The girl who came for a case hearing also told the court that she had complained about the woman police assault on her before but no action was taken. The court was hearing the case where the girl was sexually harassed by her class teacher, Manoj Rathi in August 2016. The victim alleged that her parents were threatened when they visited the school to complain against the teacher.

The school authorities even took a thumb impression of the child's father on a blank paper and later allegedly wrote a confession letter in the name of the girl's father that he had repeatedly sexually assaulted his daughter. The court rejected a bail application of the school teacher for assaulting the girl.
