The Deccan Chronicle quoted a source close to the couple saying that the couple was feeling increasingly uneasy with the mother and the yet-to-be-born baby being the focus of the media for some time now.

Why London?

London is supposedly like a second home to the Pataudis. Saif’s father, the late Nawab of Pataudi was said to have been fond of London, which is also the place where Saif and his sister Soha had spent their formative years.

Even Sharmila Tagore spends a lot of time in London and would have naturally adviced her son and daughter-in-law to have their baby in London, away from the eyes of the prying media.
