Hyderabad Outer Ring Road Will Have Toilets Built By HMDA

Hyderabad Outer Ring Road - Sakshi Post

Hyderabad: In a welcome gesture for the commuters, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority has announced that toilets will be set up along the Outer Ring Road at selected locations.

Previously, the Municipal authorities didn't encourage the idea claiming that the vehicles were prohibited from stopping on the expressway.

According to a senior HMDA official, the HMDA has been looking for appropriate locations along the 158-kilometre stretch where the vehicles can be stopped and the commuters can avail the facility.

The HMDA is planning to construct at least 50 toilet complexes along the ORR stretch. The HMDA official revealed that the number would be announced in the next few days after the locations are identified.

The construction of the toilets are set to be completed within six months.
