Newly-Wed Miryalaguda Boy Murdered In Front Of Wife

Nalgonda: A newly married youth was brutally murdered in broad daylight at the busy premises of the Jyothi Hospital here today. According to reports, Perumalla Pranay, a resident of Vinobha Nagar in the town, was stabbed to death in presence of his pregnant wife. About six months ago, Pranay married Amrutha, daughter of well-known realtor Maruthi Rao of Miryalguda. The two fell in love and got married. However, Maruthi Rao did not accept their marriage. Earlier this morning, Pranay and his wife visited a Gynecologist in the hospital for medical advice. When the couple were leaving the hospital, an unknown man came from behind and attacked Pranay.

The entire scene was recorded in the hospital's CC camera. Pranay died on the spot in the incident while Amrutha is in a state of shock.

Pranay's parents have staged protests over the involvement of Maruthi Rao in the murder. Details of the culprit are not known yet. District SP Ranganath reached the spot and reviewed the situation. A case has been filed and investigation is on.
