Bala Latha - Young Achiever Of The Year 2017

Ever since being diagnosed with polio in her childhood, Bala Latha committed to herself that her disability would never let her down no matter what. Bala Latha, currently working as a deputy director in an Indian Defense department, is physically handicapped. She is a two-time top ranker in the UPSC Civil services exam, and till now, she had nurtured hundreds of students in their path to success in the prestigious examination. In recognition to her extraordinary services, Sakshi Media honoured her with the Sakshi Excellence Award 2018 in Young Achiever category.

Swathi & Vijay - Jury Special Recognition Award 2017

Students of fine arts, Swathi and Vijay are a culmination of striking street art and social responsibility. Pained by thousands of farmer deaths across the country, the couple ran a 'Save Farmer' campaign with many graffiti paintings and street art designs across the State. Gullapalli Sujatha - Excellence In Farming 2017

Inspired by eminent agriculturist Subhash Palekar's methods in organic farming, Sujatha began cultivating crop in a 40 acre farm. With the help of drip irrigation, she raised fruits, pulses and vegetables with far lesser expenses and spread the word to over 50 families. Dr Padmanabha Reddy - Excellence In Healthcare 2017

NICE Foundation, under the direction of its CEO, Dr Padmanabha Reddy, provides free medical services to women and children in tribal areas across the Telugu States. With the support of Dr Reddy's Labs, the foundation treated bed-ridden patients from 160 villages across Visakhapatnam, Nalgonda and Vizianagaram districts. Sakshi Media honoured the foundation with the Sakshi Excellence Award 2017 in Excellence In Healthcare category.

Shaik Jafreen - Jury Special Recognition Award In Sports 2017

Jafreen is a hearing and voice impaired tennis player, who had captained the Indian team in the Deaflympics competition in 2013 in Bulgaria. In the 2017 Deaflympics, she had clinched the Gold medal.
