Hyderabad Techie’s Body Found At Bogatha Waterfalls
The body of 28-year-old software engineer from Hyderabad who went missing from the tourist spot near Bogatha Waterfalls in Warangal was fished out today.
According to police, Burri Hariprasad, a resident of Kukatpally ventured deep into the water, away from the waterfalls thinking the flow was slow. But as soon as he entered the water, Hari was swept away by the heavy gush of water. The police had deployed expert swimmers to find Hari Prasad.
Despite several warnings from the police against getting into water, people are thronging the tourist hotspot. Last year, due to increased number of death cases at the waterfalls, the police restricted swimming by visitors.

Bogatha Waterfalls which is also termed as Telangana's Niagara has seen a surge in the number of visitors from the past two years. It has also been reported that around 1500-2000 people visit the place on normal days and the count increases on weekends.
