'Telangana state decision likely on 29'

Former minister and Congress party senior leader Shankar Rao has said that the decision on Telangana will be out on September 29.

speaking to TRS MLAs in the Assembly lobby, he said that there was no need for Telangana march. Congress is hatching some kind of conspiracy against     Telangana, he added.
