Sushma Swaraj Slams Tweep On seeking Transfer Of His Wife

New Delhi: Foreign Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj is known for being net savvy and for reaching out to people on Twitter. However, this time the minister lost her cool and gave an unexpected answer to a tweep.

On Sunday, a Pune-based techie tweeted to Sushma asking her to help him reunite with his wife, who are living in ‘banwas’. He asked the minister to transfer his wife’s job who is employed in Railways.

However, Sushma’s tweet was not received well by some tweeps, as some called Sushma to be rude, while some questioned that are government employees are bonded laborers

To this Sushma said that if the request had come from her ministry by this time she would have send a suspension order. While tweeting, Sushma tagged Railways minister Suresh Prabhu. Suresh said that he doesn’t look into transfers section and asked Chairman of Railway Board to take appropriate action over this.

However, Sushma’s tweet was not received well by some tweeps, as some called Sushma to be rude, while some questioned that are government employees are bonded laborers.
