YS Jagan Condoles Death Of Irrigation Expert

Hyderabad: YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed grief over the demise of the noted irrigation engineering expert T Hanumantha Rao (86) on Monday.

Rao not only worked as irrigation engineer-in-chief in the undivided Andhra Pradesh, but also served as a consultant to the United Nations and the World Bank

YS Jagan said Rao's demise was a great loss ot the country and added that he would be rememberd for his innovations. He said Rao's concept of four waters was innovative and revolutionary.

Rao is survived by wife, two sons, and a daughter.
