She Had Sex with Him for Four Hours before Ripping Out His Intestines

In a ghastly incident, a woman who had marathon sex with her ex-husband for four hours suddenly pulled out a knife and stuck him in the stomach and pulled out his entrails in rage. This anti-climactic twist of events left the man fleeing for his life with his intestines in his hands.

Bilal Miah, 31, testified in Birmingham Crown Court in the UK that Dalya Saeed attacked him with a knife in her Moseley apartment on Oct. 19, 2015.

According to him they had a fight about the custody of their daughter before getting into bed once again, when the woman reportedly attacked him.

Bilal told The Sun.Suddenly in the blink of an eye, and I didn’t see the knife, she stabbed me twice in the belly. I can only assume the knife came from either under the bed or the pocket of her dressing gown. My intestines were out, everything was out and she was grabbing hold of them, trying to pull them. She broke one of them and threw it onto the floor but I managed to put the rest of them back in my belly. 

Not stopping at that, the woman chased Bilal out onto the street and attacked him again with a wooden bat and a meat cleaver before the neighbours called in the cops.

The prosecutor told the Jury that the cuts were so severe that part of the small bowel landed up on the carpet, and added that her intention was definitely to kill him.

Dalya however said that she attacked her ex-husband in self-defense after he had raped her.

Bilal, who has since remarried, spent 10 days in the hospital where he was treated for 30 different wounds.

During cross-examination Bilal is supposed to have admitted to have been physically and verbally abusive towards his wife during their two-year of marriage.
