Rule for TRS but not for KCR

TRS leader and Siddipet MLA T. Harish Rao  on Wednesday made it clear that there will be no further talks with the Congress leaders on the contentious issue of Telangana.

He also advised the people of Telangana not to trust the Congress.

But this rule it seems does not apply to his party president K Chandrasekhara Rao as he frequently holds talks with the Congress leaders. On Wednesday too KCR held discussions with Congress senior leader K. Kesava Rao on the Telangana issue.
