Pawan Kalyan Claims Intimidation of Jana Sena Cadre, Warns TDP Of Retaliation

Pawan Kalyan - Sakshi Post

Chintalapudi, West Godavari District: Actor turned politician and Jana Sena founder, Pawan Kalyan, warned Telugu Desam leaders of strong retaliation, if they continued to intimidate Jana Sena workers. Pawan Kalyan referred to Telugu Desam leaders threatening Jana Sena workers who were trying to tie party flags in different places. Such incidents were happening from Srikakulam in the east to Rayalaseema, the actor turned politician said.

Pawan Kalyan warned TDP leaders saying that his party would retaliate with equal force. He further asked them to stop indulging in such activities immediately. Pawan Kalyan was addressing party workers in Chintalapudi in West Godavari district. He told party workers that this time around they will show their might by standing united against Chandrababu Naidu.

Pawan Kalyan said that in the past, one of the gunmen assigned to him by the government was passing information relating to him regularly to the chief of AP intelligence. He also said that the Andhra Pradesh government under Chandrababu Naidu kept an eye on his movements through drone surveillance of his house.

Pawan Kalyan accused the Chandrababu Naidu government of inaction when 30 people had attacked the place where he was camping in West Godavari district. Not a single policeman was there, he alleged. Further, when he went to file a police complaint, it was not accepted, he said.

The Jana Sena founder criticised Chandrababu Naidu saying that he had promised a job for every household when he comes to power but it was only he and his son who got jobs, he said. IT minister of Andhra Pradesh and Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu‘s son, Nara Lokesh claimed that 14, 000 km of roads had been laid. He should visit Chintalapudi in West Godavari once, the Jana Sena founder said. Lokesh would then have an idea of the state of roads in Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan said.

Pawan Kalyan also alleged that one rupee kilo rice was being sent to African countries from Kakinada port and that this money was being channelised to buy vineyards in California.

Pawan Kalyan accused the TDP leaders of being involved in sand mining. He said that a woman MLA, Sujata was being threatened by a ‘rowdy’ MLA from a neighbouring constituency. “What business does he have here?” Pawan said. “We will break his legs, if he indulges in rowdyism here,” he warned, in a seemingly oblique reference to TDP MLA, Chintamaneni Prabhakar. Pawan Kalyan also questioned Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s silence on this. He wondered what the Andhra Pradesh chief minister was doing when an MLA from his party threatened and intimidated a lady MLA.
