Telangana Docs to Go on Strike Over Unmet Demands from Monday

Hyderabad: The junior doctors of Telangana have decided to go on a strike from Monday, December 19, 2023. The strike call has been given by the associations of junior and senior doctors. The Telangana doctors are demanding an early resolution of their pending demands and issues. 

The doctors have conveyed their grievances to the Director of Medical Education, Government of Telangana. They have said both the junior and senior doctors will boycott the OPD and other duties at the government-run hospitals citing severe hardships due to the non-receipt of pending stipends.
