Major Fire Erupts in Garment Shop in Secunderabad

Hyderabad: A major fire broke out in a garment shop located in Palika Bazar of Secunderabad on Sunday morning. The clothing shop was soon engulfed in huge flames and the shop was gutted completely. 

After receiving a call, the firefighters and police team arrived at the scene and doused the flames. Due to major fire, the surrounding area was engulfed in thick smoke. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. However, preliminary investigations revealed that the fire may have been caused by a short circuit. The fire incident has caused a loss of property to the shopkeeper. 

Meanwhile, Telangana minister Talasani Srinivas visited the site of the fire incident and reviewed the situation. He told reporters that the officials are investigating the cause of the blaze in the business establishment. He also informed that the state government has formed a committee to oversee the fire incidents in the business establishments.
