Clock is ticking for Congress to implement six guarantees: Bandi

 - Sakshi Post

Adilabad: Upping the ante against the Congress government, BJP national secretary Bandi Sanjay Kumar said if the chief minister Revanth Reddy fails to fulfill their poll promises then Congress will meet the fate of BRS.

Congress had made Six Guarantees which were categorised as "Mahalakshmi", "Rythu Bharosa", "Gruha Jyothi", "Indiramma Indlu", "Yuva Vikasam" and "Cheyutha"  in the run-up to the Assembly elections in Telangana.

Addressing the Vijay Sankalp Yatra in Adilabad, Bandi said the ruling party had promised to deliver all the Six Guarantees within 100 days of forming the government in the state. 70 days in power have passed already so the Revanth Reddy government should implement their electoral promises as the Election Commission may announce the schedule for upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections anytime now. He said Congress will face the wrath of people if it will try to cheat the public with the poll promises.

He exhorted the people to elect BJP candidates in all the 17 Lok Sabha seats for the development of Telangana state. He added that if the Modi government is put back into power, more funds will be released from the Centre for the State.
