Bandla Ganesh's son, Bandla Hiresh, is now in the news. Hiresh has filed a complaint against Nowhera Shaik, a key figure in the Heera Gold scam, alleging harassment associated with property disputes. The complaint involves the attempted sale of a house under the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) custody. It was filed at the Film Nagar police station

The son of the  Tollywood producer Bandla Ganesh, Bandla Hiresh, has been renting a property at Plot No. 15-A, Film Nagar Road No. 13, Site-2 since 2023. Nowhera Shaik, who is presently being investigated by the ED for her involvement in the Rs 5000 crore Heera Gold scam, is the owner of the mentioned property.

Nowhera Sheikh (also spelt as Nauheera Sheikh) allegedly accepted an advance payment of Rs. 3 crores from Hiresh for the sale of the property, even though the property's status was linked to an ongoing ED investigation, according to Hiresh's complaint.

However, tensions escalated when Nauheera Sheikh and a group of ten goons allegedly barged into the property on the afternoon of February 15, 2024. In addition to breaking the law, Hiresh alleges that they verbally abused him and threatened to evict him from the property. The complaint also claims that, in order to force Hiresh to pay the remaining balance for the property, Nauheera Sheikh and her allies allegedly used foul language and intimidation.

The complaint prompted the Film Nagar police to launch an investigation into the situation. The case highlights the intricate legal entanglements that resulted from the Heera Gold scam, which involved a number of well-known individuals.

This latest development comes amidst ongoing legal troubles for Bandla Ganesh, who was recently sentenced to one year in prison and fined Rs. 95 lakh in a separate cheque bounce case.
