BTS’ Jin and Suga Recall The Time When They Wanted to Disband

 - Sakshi Post

The twelfth episode of SUGA's popular talk show Suchwita was recently made available on BTS's official YouTube channel, BANGTANTV. Jin was welcomed as a guest by SUGA in the pre-recorded episode, and to the fans' delight, J-Hope also made an unexpected visit. SUGA remembered their moving winning speech from the MAMA 2018 awards during the programme. The trio disclosed their troubles and that they had thought about disbanding in 2018 during this talk.

When SUGA questioned him about the speech, Jin replied, "Because that was when we were promoting Fake Love and every month we only had a day and a half off," . About that part, I became really upset. We only had one day off a month for around three months. According to the agency, we had to put forth that kind of work to succeed. We were aware that it wasn't entirely wrong."

The artist continued, "We worked so hard. However, it was too much strain on us physically and mentally. And we wanted to just let it go. We said, 'I can't do this any longer. Let's stop here.' That was our feeling.  Jin also admitted that it is difficult to sing while dancing and revealed that before his breakthrough, he disliked singing live.

SUGA and Jin recalled how the members of BTS used to go out to a bar and drink together when the band's office was in Nonhyeon-dong in 2018. Jin continued, "So I just wanted to be honest about how we had felt. But given that it is not an easy topic to talk about, I'm sure that when ARMY heard it, it might have sounded negative. However, it had already passed. It was a situation that happened a year ago. Yes, we had given it some thought, and everything worked out in the end."
