November 2025 is shaping up to be a month focused on academics for Delhi students, with fewer holidays compared to October. However, there are still a few important dates to mark on the calendar.
Holidays in Delhi Schools
- Guru Nanak Jayanti: November 5, 2025 (Wednesday) - A public holiday commemorating the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikhism.
- Guru Tegh Bahadur's Martyrdom Day: November 24, 2025 (Monday) - A restricted holiday observed by some Sikh-affiliated institutions to honor the supreme sacrifice of the ninth Sikh Guru.
Academic Focus
With the festive season behind, November will be dedicated to completing the syllabus and conducting internal assessments. Teachers will hold revision sessions to prepare students for the upcoming Periodic Test 2 and Pre-Board Examinations.
