Woman’s Decapitated Head Found in Musi River of Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Fear gripped the residents of Malakpet in the city after a decapitated head of an unknown woman was found near Musi River on Wednesday.

The locals alerted the police after they found the severed head lying by the river. It was wrapped in a black plastic cover bag. The police recovered the decapitated head and sent it to Osmania Hospital for its forensic examination. 

The police suspected that the woman was killed elsewhere and the severed head was thrown away in the river. A murder case has been registered and investigation is on.
