RGV’s Officer Is Karnataka Cop Prasanna Story
Ram Gopal Varma and Nagarjuna have teamed up for their upcoming flick Officer after more than 27 years, The last time they came together was for Siva which is an all-time superhit film in Tollywood.

Now, all eyes are on Officer. The director of the film, RGV has hinted that it is based on the life of IPS officer K M Prasanna from Karnataka, who was appointed as the chief of a SIT (Special Investigation Team) to investigate a highly reputed cop in Mumbai. Here is the tweet from RGV:

Recently, the makers of the movie have unleashed a trailer from the film which appeared promising. The trailer has garnered over one million views on youtube. Nagarjuna is all set to play a cop avatar in the film. From the first look poster of Officer to recent released theatrical trailer the film has received immense appreciation from movie buffs.
Earlier, Officer was supposed to be released on May 25 but got postponed to June 1. Ram Gopal Varma's films have been failing at the box office and whether Officer will work for him is the big question on everyone's minds.
