Man Plays Suicide Drama After Drowning Son, Daughter In Shamirpet Lake 

Hyderabad: The family suicide incident that happened at Shamirpet lake on Wednesday took a new twist with the father of the two children who were found dead surfaced at a private hospital in Kompally on Thursday.

Arjun took his son Dhanush and daughter Poojitha to Shamirpet lake saying he will teach them how to swim on Wednesday. After reaching the lake, he threw both the children into the water and fled the spot.

However, to create a scene of family suicide pact, he left a note and his mobile at the spot. The police retrieved the bodies of Dhanush and Poojitha and were searching for Arjun. Meantime, Arjun was found in a private clinic at Kompally. When the locals asked him about the death of his children, he tried to run away and caught a live high-tension wire. He sustained serious injury to his hand and police admitted him in a hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, Arjun's wife who came to know about the death of children and husband's inhuman act, also attempted to commit suicide, but she was rescued. The dead children on one side, killer father in police custody and the desperate woman undergoing treatment at hospital... the family is torn apart in utter tragedy.
