Man Kills His Wife Over An Argument

Pileru: A woman was brutally murdered by her husband after an argument at Boyepalli of Regallu panchayat in Pileru mandal. According to the police, the couple were often quarrelling. It intensified ever since the woman, Parvati returned from Kuwait, where she went for employment for six months.

The couple was identified as Subramanyam (45) and Parvati (40). They have a son and a daughter named Venkatesh and Ashwini respectively. It is learnt that the couple had argued on some issue severely on Thursday afternoon.

In the heat of argument, an angered Subramanyam attacked his wife with a sickle on the head and neck. Parvati lost a lot of blood and died on the spot. Seeing his wife in a pool of blood, he fled from the place. Having known about the brutal incident, locals informed the police.

Pileru Circle Inspector Venugopal and SI Sudhakar Reddy filed a case and shifted the dead body to Pileru government hospital for autopsy. The police are reportedly searching for Subramayam.
