Major Theft At Ex-CBI JD Lakshminarayana’s Banjara Hills House

A major theft was reported from former joint director of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and senior IPS official Lakshminarayana. His family members have lodged a complaint with Banjara Hills police on Saturday.

According to the police, the jewellery box in his Banjara Hills home went missing. The box reportedly had gold ornaments weighing around one kg. The family members suspect the involvement of their domestic helps in the theft. The police are probing from all angles.

Lakshminarayana is currently working in Maharashtra as additional director general of police. Further details are awaited.
