Kavitha: From Batukamma to Boxing

She is at her combative best on any issue pertaining to Telangana! Now, an MP, she is in no mood to hang her 'boxing gloves'.

Yes! TRS supremo KCR's daughter Kalvakuntla Kavitha, who is a pugilist at heart for Telangana cause, has now become the president of newly-floated Telangana Boxing Association (TBA). And the election was no contest as Kavitha got a 'walkover' with no one opposing her. The first general body meeting of the association was held at Olympic Bhavan. Dhananjay Goud is the general secretary.

So, T MP Kavitha has traveled a long way - from Batukamma ring to boxing ring!
