Jilted maniac kills lover, her sister in Hyderabad

Blood spilled in placid Chaitanyapuri Commercial Tax Colony in Hyderabad on Tuesday morning as a 'jilted maniac' attacked the girl who spurned his love and killed her sister when she tried to save her. 

Krishna Reddy and Hymavathi have two daughters, Sri Lekha and Yamini . They hail from Shadnagar in Mahbubnagar . Amit Singh and Sri Lekha are pursuing final year in  Sagar Engineering College in Chevella. Yamini finished engineering from Gitam College.

The accused, identified as Amit Singh, has been pestering Sri Lekha for over a year. Unable to bear the torture, she informed her parents who thereby complained to the police. However, his actions haven’t changed and has decided to wreak vengeance by killing her.
On Tuesday morning, when the parents were at work, the two sisters were at their home. Amit walked into the house in Mahbubnagar, picked up an argument and finally stabbed Sri Lekha. When Yamini tried to save her, she was also stabbed. The sisters were then rushed to Omini hospital where they succumbed to the injuries.

The police rushed to the spot and took up investigation
