Hyderabad Boy Fell In Boiling Sambar, Dies

Hyderabad: A three-and-a-half year old boy succumbed to injuries after falling in the vessel containing boiling sambar during at a feast in Sardarnagar village of Ranga Reddy district on Tuesday. According to reports, Arush had severe burns and died while undergoing treatment at Osmania General Hospital.

As per reports, the incident happened when Arush was playing close to the spot where food was being prepared. He tripped and fell in the vessel.

"With severe burns, the boy was shifted to Osmania General Hospital where he died at 4 am", Shabad police inspector G Narsaiah said to a daily.

According to reports, Arush who actually hail from Hyderabad had been staying with his parents in their relatives house in Sardarnagar for eight months. The relatives had organized small celebrations on the occasion of their new welding unit launch.

Similar incident was reported a week ago in Kurnool District where a six-year-old boy named Purushottam Reddy died after falling into hot sambar vessel.
