How Much Did Amazon Pay For Lakshmi’s NTR Digital Rights

RGV is on cloud nine! Thanks to the success of his latest venture Lakshmi’s NTR, a chapter based on the life of legendary actor-turned-politician and founder of Telugu Desam Party NT Rama Rao. The massive success of 'Lakshmi's NTR' Has led to exception business at the box office despite facing huge competition from Niharika's 'Suryakantham' and Nayanthara's 'Airaa'.

If the latest buzz doing the rounds in social media is any indication, the film is believed to have crossed approximately Rs 30 Crores at the box office. It is too early to conclude, but 'Lakshmi's NTR' would is all set to become the second hit of this year after Venkatesh's 'F2'. It’s a known fact that the film is on a winning streak at the box office.

As per latest sources, Lakshmi's NTR' is likely to be streamed on Amazon Prime Video soon. We don't know for how much have the makers struck a deal with RGV and other filmmakers. Reports suggest that it was a fancy deal between the two parties. It is being speculated that RGV's 'Lakshmi's NTR' would stream on Amazon Prime by end of April. However, an official confirmation regarding the same is awaited.

In the meantime, Ram Gopal Varma announced his next project will be a biopic of late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa aide, Sasikala. It might go on floors by middle of this month. Stay tuned to this space for more updates.
