Parents Behead Daughter Over Inter-Caste Marriage 

Haryana: Parents and Family members killed their daughter for marrying a man from another caste in Haryana on Saturday.

According to the reports, Ritu (22) who belonged to Khandrain village fell in love with Arjun from another caste and got married to him against the wishes of her family, and left home.

After Ritu eloped with Arjun, her family members had filed a missing complaint with the police. The police found her with Arjun and the girl told them that she wanted to stay with Arjun. But she stayed in touch with her sister Anjali.

On Saturday, Ritu informed her sister Anjali that she was not well and Anjali asked her to come to a nearby hospital in Sonipat for a medical check-up. On her sister's request, Ritu went to the hospital along with her husband where she found her mother, sister, and brother.

All the Family members showered love on her and ask her to come back home to meet the remaining family members. When Ritu went home she was beheaded by their parents at Gohana village in Haryana.

Arjun who came to know about the incident Informed the police about this. Police reached the place to find Ritu's body and handed over the body to her In-laws. A murder case has been registered at Sadar police station against Ritu’s father, mother, brother and sister Anjali and two others involved in the murder.
